History
Phoenix was founded by Norman Michaelis in 1997. It started as a desktop support company, offering specialised support to the sometimes complex litho and flexo print industries.
Over the years we expanded our support service into Sub Saharan Africa, serving countries like Malawi, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Swaziland and Mauritius.
Today we provide enterprise IT systems to many businesses across Southern Africa.
Through a number of strategic partnerships, we now offer enterprise level voice and data services to the consumer, as well as to SME’s and enterprise customers.
